These Early-Access Terms (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the LaxIQ.net early-access program (the “Program”), including joining the waitlist, receiving beta access, and using any pre-release version of the LaxIQ.net platform (the “Service”). By joining the waitlist, receiving a beta invite, or using any early-access or beta version of the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Early Access Means
The Service is in active development. Features, interfaces, data models, content, and availability may change without notice. You may encounter bugs, incomplete features, data loss, downtime, or behavior that does not match any description anywhere (including on this site, in emails, or in blog posts).
2. “AS IS” — No Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, accuracy, or reliability. You use the Service at your own risk.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaxIQ.net, its operator, and any contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service during the early-access period is limited to zero United States dollars ($0), reflecting the fact that the Service is provided free of charge during this period.
4. Your Data
How we collect, use, and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Because the Service is pre-release, we do not guarantee data preservation. Data you create or enter during early access may be reset, migrated, or deleted at any time. Back up anything you would be upset to lose.
5. Feedback
If you share feedback, suggestions, bug reports, survey responses, or other communications with us (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Service and any related products, without compensation or attribution. Don't share anything you consider proprietary or confidential.
6. Confidentiality (Beta Testers)
If you receive a beta invitation, screenshots, videos, private documentation, or internal discussions shared with you as part of the beta may be marked or reasonably understood to be confidential. You agree not to publicly disclose those materials without our prior written consent. Public reviews, testimonials, and general descriptions of the Service as a “platform for lacrosse training and team management” are fine.
7. No Refunds During Early Access
The waitlist and early-access tiers are provided free of charge. Any voluntary support or donation you make during this period is a contribution, not a purchase, and is not refundable. If and when the Service transitions to a paid offering, a separate refund policy will apply to those paid transactions.
8. Termination
We may suspend, modify, or terminate your access to the Service (including the waitlist or any beta) at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. You may leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email from us.
9. Not Professional Advice
Any content shown on the Service — drills, training guidance, quiz questions, strategy notes — is educational and does not constitute medical, safety, coaching, legal, or financial advice. Use judgment and consult qualified professionals before acting on anything you read here.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Program evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
