I see myself in every player I coach, and I carry with me the lesson my coaches taught me: the importance of paying it forward. My goal is to help players become self-sufficient. By combining high-rep technical work, wall ball education, mechanics, and IQ training, players learn how to build awareness, correct mistakes, and continue developing outside of sessions. Training is designed to build lasting muscle memory, faster processing, and confidence that translates directly into practices and games.

Coach Manno builds training around clear player development: each session should leave the athlete with a sharper skill, a better read, and a simple plan for the work between practices. He combines technical detail, rules context, terminology, and LaxIQ tools so players and families understand what matters next, not just what to drill today.

What To Expect

Live Lesson

A live lesson is a 60-minute on-field session focused on mechanics, high-rep skill work, decision cues, and a clear training plan for the next week. Availability is in the Greater Orlando area, with limited extended travel training options available.

Private Lesson

Private training is one player, one plan, and a minimum four-session commitment so the work has enough consistency to become muscle memory.

Group Lesson

Small groups are formed only when players have complementary skill levels, similar training goals, and a workable location. Player count drives the final structure.

Digital Lesson

A digital lesson is a remote session for film review, wall ball structure, lacrosse IQ, and targeted corrections players can apply before the next live rep.

Recruiting Call

Look at where the player is now, ask better questions about where the recruiting landscape is going, and use LaxIQ technology to clarify next steps.

Film Breakdown

Review clips, identify habits, and turn game film into a short list of technical and IQ priorities.

Whiteboard Session

Walk through spacing, reads, situational decisions, and position-specific concepts before the next practice or game.
