Joining the Team

Read this if you ticked "I'd like to consider joining the team" on the early-access form, or you're thinking about it.

Who we're looking for

People who care. High performers who treat what they do as craft, not a job. We don't have all the answers, but we have a clear bar.

You'd bring something real. Code, content, design, marketing, sales, legal, the back-office work that keeps a real platform standing up. The list of skill badges on the form (content, code, marketing, sales, legal, admin, social, IQ, network, customer service, other) is a starting point, not a fence. If you have something we haven't named, say so.

What you'd be joining

Not a paycheck. Not yet. A small team that ships together, gives feedback fast, and keeps the bar high.

Lacrosse-coach energy. We coach hard. We expect you to coach back.

How we operate

Same way I'd run a lacrosse team:

  • Show up. Reps matter. Effort is the only thing that doesn't have prerequisites.
  • Be coachable. Take feedback. Give it. The people who can do both grow fastest.
  • Hold yourself to a standard. Don't ship work you wouldn't put your name on in front of a kid you coach.
  • Help the next person. Pay it forward. The platform grows because the team grows.
  • Communicate. Going dark is the fastest way out. A two-line "I'm stuck" beats silence every time.

What you get

A seat at the table early. Real coaching on what you bring and what you want to grow into. Recognition by name when the work shows up in public. Membership perks when the platform launches paid tiers.

When LaxIQ.net moves to a real revenue model, the people who showed up early get prioritized for paid roles. We won't forget who was in the foxhole first.

How to join

Tick the "I'd like to consider joining the team" box on the early-access form, then check the badges that fit what you'd contribute. We'll reach out by skill area as we open seats.

Already on the list and want to add the team flag? Reply to any email from us with what you'd bring. I read every reply.

How to leave

Same as everything else here: one-click unsubscribe in any email pulls you from both the waitlist and any team consideration list. No questions, no follow-up.
